Pool Update: Refurbishment is complete! There are NEW KEY FOBS this year. The old fobs will no longer work or be activated. Refer to Pool Documents and the 2026 Pool Rules in the "Just for Owners" section for all instructions to exchange your old key fobs or obtain new ones. If you haven't already, you will need to submit a Release and Waiver of Liability (see last page of the Pool Rules) in order to get a new fob.
SAVE THE DATE!! Sunday Aug 16th, 3-5pm. The WP Annual POOL-A-PALOOZA event. Don't miss the Monster Water Slide for the kiddos, our own RJ will provide music, La Pinkeria food truck will be back with food for purchase, and new this year "Balloons by Miguel".
Sunday, Sept. 13th, boarding promptly at 5:45pm. WPPOA private charter for a SUNSET CRUISE with Cape Water Tours. Bring your family, snacks, dinner, drinks and enjoy a relaxing evening with your neighbors. Cost $30/pp. More details and how to sign up to follow!
