Do you have and extra set of dishes to sell, or maybe you need a fourth for golf. Maybe you need a baby sitter or a puppy sitter. If you have something like that which would be appropriate for the community bulletin board, send a note to Bob LaMorte (rplamorte@gmail.com). Let me know how long you would like it to be posted, with a 6 month maximum, and we'll post it here. If appropriate, we'll renew the postings up to six months at a time.
Knee Scooter Needed
I will be in need of a knee scooter after foot surgery on the Junr 16th. If anyone has a knee scooter that they would be willing to lend, rent, or sell, I would be interested. The surgeon has said I will be in a boot for 8-10 weeks. Any questions, just drop me a line. Thank you so much for your help.

Pet Care - Greetings neighbors! My name is Kristin Roach Schwartzkopf. I just moved to Wolfe Pointe about six months ago, but you may know my parents, Mark and Alison Roach, as they have been residents of the community for over 10 years.
As the holidays are approaching and schedules are getting hectic, I know it can be tough to find convenient and trustworthy care for your pets. I was a dog mom for 15 years, I love animals and I am a very active walker in the community. I’ll be around and happy to help with any services you may need for your pet! For Sale – $1.00 (One Dollar) Membership in Festiva Adventure Club
(www.festiva.com). In 2013, we purchased membership costing over
$9,000. We have “aged out” of the Club and willing to give it away.
Particulars:
Current maintenance fee per year is $710.00 payable every other even
year – total $1,420 for two years. This is fully paid up to 12/31/24.
You will receive 3,800 points to use for vacation travel when next
payment is paid on12/31/24.
If points are not needed, they can be transferred to RTX
(www.rtxtravel.com) and used there.
We will pay one-half the costs to transfer ownership.
