Welcome to Wolfe Pointe!

On behalf of the Wolfe Pointe Community Connections Committee, we are pleased that you have chosen our community to be your home and hope you will enjoy living here. Key information resources for new residents include:

§  Wolfe Pointe Property Owners Association (WPPOA) Communications Bob LaMorte is the initial point of contact for new owners so they can be added to the community directory and access information resources such as website, newsletter, email blasts and Facebook Group. (contact Bob LaMorte @ WolfePointeNews@gmail.com).

§  Wolfe Pointe Website (www.WolfePointe.com) provides detailed information about the Wolfe Pointe Property Owners Association (WPPOA).To protect owner privacy, the JUST FOR OWNERS sections of the website content is password protected. You will be required to the following login WPPOAUser and password pOINTEwOLFE.

§  Wolfe Pointe Facebook Group consists of 170 members and is a great resource to get quick answers to questions, sell or give away stuff, help neighbors resolve issues with misdelivered packages, lost and found pets and recommendations for local services. To join the Wolfe Pointe Facebook Group, locate the Wolfe Pointe POA Lewes Group on Facebook.com and submit a request to join. The group administrator will approve requests for residents of Wolfe Pointe. You will need to be registered on Facebook and be a resident or property owner to join the group.

§  Wolfe Pointe Pool and Tennis Courts A security fob is required for pool access and a pass code needed for entry to the tennis/pickleball court for residents and their guests. (2468). More information on the Pool and Tennis/Pickleball Courts is available at wolfepointe.com.

§  Wolfe Pointe POA Board of Directors meets monthly, and an annual community meeting is held in the fall after the election of Board members. There are seven committees Roads and Grounds, Architectural Review, Finance, Pool, Tennis, Communications and Community Connections. If you would like to volunteer to serve on a committee, or have suggestions to offer, please contact the committee chair.

§  The Community Connections Committee welcomes volunteers for events including an Easter Egg Hunt, July 4^th Bike Parade, Friday Nights at the Pool, Annual Pool Party and more. It is a terrific way to make new friends!
