Welcome to Wolfe Pointe! 

On behalf of the Wolfe Pointe Community Connections Committee, we are pleased that you have chosen our community to be your home and are sure you will be as happy living here as we are. Our community offers many opportunities to meet neighbors and enjoy the surrounding area. We welcome your participation as committee members or volunteers for events. It is a great way to make new friends!  Be sure to check the calendar for upcoming events published in the Wolfe Pointe Newsletter and on the website (www.WolfePointe.com) and the Wolfe Pointe Facebook Group (Wolfe Pointe POA Lewes). The Wolfe Pointe Facebook Group consists of 155 members and is a great resource to get quick answers to questions, sell or give away stuff, help neighbors resolve issues with misdelivered packages, lost and found pets and recommendations for local services.

The Wolfe Pointe website, www.WolfePointe.com, provides detailed information about living in our community. To receive the Wolfe Pointe monthly newsletter, important updates, community concerns and the community directory, contact Bob LaMorte @ WolfePointeNews@gmail.com. To protect owner privacy, the JUST FOR OWNERS sections of the website content is password protected. You will be required to the following login WPPOAUser and password pOINTEwOLFE. To join the Wole Pointe Facebook Group locate the Wolfe Pointe POA Lewes group on Facebook.com and submit a request to join. The group administrator will approve requests for residents of Wolfe Pointe. You will need to be registered on Facebook and be a resident or property owner to join the group.

A Meet the Neighbors column is included in the newsletter. We would like to invite your family to be featured in an upcoming newsletter. Another great source for connecting with your neighbors is Wolfe Pointe POA Lewes Facebook group (Wolfe Pointe POA Lewes). 

Wolfe Pointe has one of the best community pools in the area. Contact or Mate McCain (302-644-3488) for Pool Access. An initial Pool Fob can be purchased for $15.and additional Fobs $20 each. A Release Liability form is required. For more information visit the Pool Section on the website.

A pass code is required for entry to the tennis/pickleball court for residents and their guests. (2468)  More information on the Tennis/Pickleball Courts is available at wolfepointe.com.

The Wolfe Pointe POA Board of Directors meets monthly. An annual community meeting is held in the fall after the election of Board members. At the annual meeting you will hear presentations from Board members and committee chairs regarding activities and accomplishments during the year and plans for the future. There are seven committees Roads and Grounds, Architectural Review, Finance, Pool, Tennis, Communications and Community Connections which help keep our community running smoothly. If you would like to volunteer to serve on a committee, or have suggestions to offer, please contact the committee chair.
